The house at Walther-Rathenau-Straße 2 is a listed building in the town of Gernrode, part of the town of Quedlinburg in Saxony-Anhalt .

It is located northeast of the old town of Gernröder at the confluence of Walther-Rathenau-Strasse and Otto-Franke-Strasse and is listed as a residential building in the local register of monuments.

Architecture and history

The two-story, massive building was built around 1880/90 in the historicist style . There is a staggering on both the south gable and the side elevation on the north side of the house. In front of the east side of the building there is a two-story stand bay window . There are attachments on the roof ridge and on the corners.
