from Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia

The Langenbogen coat of arms is a listed coat of arms in the Langenbogen district of the Teutschenthal municipality in Saxony-Anhalt . In the local register of monuments , the coat of arms is listed as a monument under registration number 094 55656 .

The coat of arms from 1606 is a holdover from the history of the place. The place belonged, although it was in the area of the Diocese of Halberstadt , to the Archdiocese of Magdeburg . A domain homestead was located here, with the coat of arms on the south side of the main building. It shows Saint Moritz in relief , with a well-preserved inscription underneath. Under the first inscription there is a sundial and another - barely legible - inscription.
