Warburg agreement

The Warburg Agreement is a framework agreement on the nature protection of the forest in North Rhine-Westphalia . The agreement was concluded on August 11, 1994 between the NRW State Ministry for the Environment, Regional Planning and Agriculture , the Forest Farmers Association of North Rhine-Westphalia eV and the Forest Owners Association of the Municipalities, Municipal Associations and Public Corporations in North Rhine-Westphalia. The main points of the Warburg agreement are, for cases in which through conservation measures in the forest created burdens for the affected forest owners to provide financial compensation as well as to resolve conflicts of interest through the cooperation of all partners agreement.
