The canton of Sevran is a French constituency in the arrondissement of Le Raincy , in the department of Seine-Saint-Denis and in the region of Île-de-France ; its main town is Sevran . Jean-François Baillon ( EÉLV ) has been a representative in the General Council of the Département since 2011 .
