The District of Le Bourget was 2015 a French constituency in Arrondissement of Bobigny , in Seine-Saint-Denis and the region Ile-de-France ; its main town was Le Bourget . Vincent Capo-Canellas ( NC ) was the representative in the General Council of the Département from 2003 to 2011 . He was followed by Élisa Carcillo (first UMP , then Union des démocrates et indépendants ).
