The canton of Gagny is a French constituency in the arrondissement of Le Raincy , in the department of Seine-Saint-Denis and in the region of Île-de-France ; its main town is Gagny , Michel Teulet ( UMP ) has been a representative in the General Council of the Département since 1985, re-elected in 2011 .
