The District of Saint-Ouen is a French constituency in the district of Saint-Denis , in Seine-Saint-Denis and the region Ile-de-France ; its main town is Saint-Ouen .

Until the French cantons were reorganized in 2015, the canton only comprised part of the city of Saint-Ouen. The canton was then expanded: Now the entire city of Saint-Ouen, the municipality of L'Île-Saint-Denis and part of the city of Épinay-sur-Seine belong to the canton of Saint-Ouen.

Jacqueline Rouillon ( PCF ) has been a representative in the General Council of the Department since 2004 . The current canton will be represented from 2015 to 2021 by Hervé Chevreau, Mayor of Épinay-sur-Seine, and Marie-Louise Magrino (both DVD ).
