The canton of Livry-Gargan is a French constituency in the arrondissement of Le Raincy , in the department of Seine-Saint-Denis and in the region of Île-de-France ; its main town is Livry-Gargan . Pascal Popelin ( PS ) was the representative in the General Council of the Département from 1994 to 2012 . He was followed by Danièle Marini (also PS).
