The canton of Noisy-le-Grand is a French constituency in the arrondissement of Le Raincy , in the department of Seine-Saint-Denis and in the region of Île-de-France ; its main town is the eponymous town of Noisy-le-Grand . Emmanuel Constant ( PS ) has been a representative in the General Council of the Department since 1998 . The canton of Noisy-le-Grand remained unchanged when the cantons were reorganized nationwide in 2015.
