The canton of Le Blanc-Mesnil is a French constituency in the arrondissement of Le Raincy , in the department of Seine-Saint-Denis and in the region of Île-de-France ; its main town is Le Blanc-Mesnil . Hervé Bramy ( PCF ) has been a representative in the General Council of the Department since 1997, re-elected in 2008 .
