The Canton Bobigny is a French constituency in Arrondissement of Bobigny , in Seine-Saint-Denis and the region Ile-de-France ; its capital is the eponymous town of Bobigny . Abdel-Madjid Sadi ( PCF ) has been a representative in the Department's General Council since 2001 .
