The canton Montfermeil was 2015 a French constituency in Arrondissement of Le Raincy , in Seine-Saint-Denis and the region Ile-de-France ; its main town was Montfermeil . Raymond Coënne was the last representative in the General Council of the Département from 1998 to 2015 (first DVD , then UMP ).
