The Canton Bagnolet is a French constituency in Arrondissement of Bobigny , in Seine-Saint-Denis and the region Ile-de-France ; its main town is Bagnolet . Josiane Bernard ( PCF ) has been a representative in the General Council of the Department since 2001 .
