The Wartbergstraße is located in the north of the city center of Heilbronn and leads at about a 90 degree angle from the Weinsberger Straße north to Erlenbacher Straße or in the north-east curve to Friedrich-Ebert-Straße. It was named in 1962 after the local mountain of the same name , in the direction of which the road leads. From 1911 to 1962, the street section from the railroad tracks was called Äussere Wartbergstraße .

  • A beverage wholesaler has been located in No. 3 since 1991.
  • From 1920 to 1966 there was a shop for butchery supplies from Dietz & Co. in No. 7/2.
  • A mineral water wholesaler has been located at No. 10 since 1931.
  • No. 15 was a residential building with an outbuilding that had stood there from 1838 and was demolished in 1928.
  • From 1924 to 1928 there was a grand piano and piano factory owned by Scheible, AF & Co. in No. 17 of the previous building.
  • From 1899 to 1983, the Gussmann confectionery-café was located in No. 25.
  • There is a municipal kindergarten at No. 37 .
  • From 1985 to 1987 there was a flight office at No. 52.
  • A large ceramic sculpture by Lee Babel can be found on Wartbergstrasse at the corner of SECURE STREET .
