Wash house in Loray

The wash house (French: lavoir ) in Loray , a French commune in the Doubs department in the Bourgogne-Franche-Comté region , was built in 1851. The wash house in the center of the village has been on the list of architectural monuments in France as Monument historique since 1979 .

The round washhouse with columns was built according to plans by the architect Alphonse Delacroix . The neoclassical building is covered by a zinc roof.
