Washington Njiri

Washington Njiri (born March 2, 1952 ) is a former Kenyan sprinter who specialized in the 400-meter run .

At the Commonwealth Games in Edmonton in 1978 , he reached the semi-finals in the individual competition and won with the Kenyan team in the 4 x 400 meter relay .

He set his personal best of 45.99 s on July 21, 1978 in Algiers .
