The two-storey , three-axis , eaves-facing house was built at the end of the 18th century.

The plastered facade is characterized by the emphasized central axis. The korbbogig designed portal is inserted into a grooved template, the window above is framed by narrow flush mirrors.

The building edges are grooved, and a plaster tape separates the floors optically.

The house is located in the core area of ​​the city ​​area recognized by UNESCO as a world cultural heritage site of the “ historic old towns of Stralsund and Wismar ”. It is entered in the list of architectural monuments in Stralsund with the number 768.
