Wassu Stone Circles Museum

The Wassu Stone Circles Museum is dedicated to the Senegambian stone circles in the West African state of Gambia , especially those on site in Wassu .

It shows illustrations and explanations of how the stones were mined and brought to the site. Models of the tombs under the stone circles are also exhibited in the small museum .
