Changeover times - On the way to the first triathlon is a documentary by the German director Guido Weihermüller . The film had its world premiere on June 23, 2014. It opened in German cinemas on June 26, 2014.
For twelve weeks, the director Guido Weihermüller and his film team accompanied a training program for four female triathlon beginners up to the Hamburg Triathlon and investigated the question of what drives people to face this challenge. The film focuses on four very different women, each of whom tries in their own way to overcome internal and external resistance.
