Wechterswinkel Forest
The Wechterswinkler Forest is a district in the Lower Franconian district of Rhön-Grabfeld in Bavaria . It lies entirely in the municipality of Bastheim .
The area in the southwest of the municipality of Bastheim is about 6.87 km², and is almost completely forested , not populated . The highest elevations are the Schweinberg at 468 m above sea level. NHN and the Bischkopf ( 439 m above sea level ).
The federal road 279 runs along the south-west edge , the district road NES 22 from Rödles to the B 279 crosses the district.
