The twin house Königsallee 9/11 in Düsseldorf was built in 1901/1902 as a residential and commercial building for the architect Gottfried Wehling in Art Nouveau style.

The facades of the two houses in the duplex were identical. The street front was four-story, the facade three-axis, whereby the central axis was particularly emphasized by a decorative gable. The façade of the semi-detached house was in a “modern design language” with a uniform Art Nouveau façade: the façade on Königsallee showed a shop window system on the ground floor that was made as an iron construction. Above that, the facade was made of ashlar . The semi-detached house was used as a commercial and residential building and was called the "Wehlingsche Business Group" .

The numbering of the Königsallee was changed after February 14, 1905. Today the house number is Königsallee 20 and 22. The buildings were badly damaged during the Second World War, although the original facade of house no. 20 (Ex 9) has been preserved; at no. 20 there is now a Louis Vuitton flagship store as well as various practices and offices. Neither the house nor the facade are listed. The facade of house No. 22 still shows the earlier three-axis structure, but the facade is plastered; the bay windows and other architectural decorations are missing.
