The building at Weidmühlenstrasse 13 is in the Düren district of Echtz in the Düren district , North Rhine-Westphalia .

Thanks to a wall anchor , the building can be dated to 1834.

It is a four-wing farmstead with roadside two-storey residential building from brick to four axes. The window frames are made of bluestone . A farm building with a basket arched gate is connected to the house. The object has a rubble stone base .

The monument is registered under No. 8/002 in the list of monuments of the city of Düren.
