Villa Wartburg

The Villa Wartburg is located at Burgstrasse 4 in the Niederlößnitz district of the Saxon city of Radebeul , west below the Friedensburg in a hairpin bend of the serpentine Burgstrasse. The villa was built around 1900.

The Grade II listed villa is a single storey villa-like house on a steep hillside in the midst of Historical Conservation Area Historical vineyard landscape Radebeul . It stands on the valley side on a high base.

The elevations are “picturesque and irregular”, in addition there are formerly slate-hipped roofs with boarded gables and a corner wooden bay window with a four-sided, curved helmet .

In the main floor of the plastered building there are brick structures; the windows are arch-like. In both main views there are coupling windows , above each there is a stucco field with a male or female head.
