The holy water font in the church of St-Nazaire in Corme-Royal , a French commune in the Charente-Maritime department of the Nouvelle-Aquitaine region , has been classified as a monument historique since 1908 .

The white marble holy water font was created from a reworked Gallo-Roman capital . The relief in the form of acanthus leaves can hardly be seen.
