Weiler is a living space within the boundaries of the Creglinger district Blum hamlet in Main-Tauber-Kreis in Franconia dominated northeastern Baden-Wuerttemberg .

history

The village of Weiler was first mentioned as a villa in 1261 . In the 15th century, Weiler belonged to the Rothenburg patrician families, who bequeathed the place to the city of Rothenburg ob der Tauber in 1488 . In 1526 the place was burned by Adam von Thüngen.

The place came as part of the formerly independent municipality of Blumweiler on February 1, 1972 to the city of Creglingen.
