Wine-like drink

As a wine-like drink are in the German food law by alcoholic fermentation , but not from grapes produced drinks such as fruit wines or Met , respectively. The raw materials are fruits of all kinds, also z. B. rhubarb stalks , malt extracts or honey .

Wine-like drinks do not fall under wine law , but rather under the general provisions of food law.
