history

The property was built in the 18th century as a three-storey half - hipped roof . The construction time is expressed in the characteristic earings with wedge stones and a fascinating profile on the window frames. Another characteristic of the 18th century is the appearance of a stone building through plastering and painting of the window frames in the half-timbered house .

In Bad Kissingen, along with the Marktplatz 5 and Obere Marktstrasse 1 properties, the building is an early example of the construction of larger-scale buildings combining several parcels with an additional third floor.

The property now houses apartments and a restaurant.
