The Franz Hirtzberger winery in Spitz is an Austrian winery in the Wachau wine-growing region in Lower Austria .

The winery is managed by Franz Hirtzberger in the fifth generation. The vineyard area is 20 hectares, 99% of which are planted with white grape varieties , mainly Grüner Veltliner and Rhine Riesling. The best-known wines are the Grüner Veltliner Honivogl and the Rhine Rieslings from the Singerriedel and Hochrain sites .
