Wave guide
A shaft guide consists of a steel shaft and a unit of one or more linear ball bearings or linear plain bearings that have been built into a corresponding housing and can then be guided as a whole along the shaft with a corresponding diameter .
This system of different machine elements enables a translational movement of the associated assemblies along a certain path, which is generally referred to as the stroke .
