World Environment Day 2014
In cooperation with the host country Barbados , the global environmental problem of sea level rise for the small island states of the world was thematized for 2014 : With the motto “ Raise your Voice, Not the Sea Level! The international motto of the year was Beat Plastic Pollution (for example: Fight plastic waste ). The host nation was India and the host city was New Delhi .
