The house Wendische Road 32 is a listed residential and commercial building in the city of Zeitz in Saxony-Anhalt .

It is located in the city center of Zeit on the north side of Wendische Strasse.
Architecture and history
The three-storey yellow brick building was built around 1900. The six-axis facade has a mannerist plaster structure. The center of the facade is emphasized on the first floor with a triangular bay window. In the central roof area there is an extension of the bay window , which is spanned by a segmented gable. On the left side of the facade, the original front door has been preserved on the ground floor. In addition, there are also windows from the construction period with an egg stick on the fighter .
Inside the house, in addition to the stairwell, apartment entrances and room doors from the construction period have been preserved. In addition, there are stucco ceiling moldings with ornamental decorations and a stove with a relief depicting a youth in a renaissance costume .
The building is considered to be a document for the Wilhelminian style residential development in downtown Zeitz.
In the local register of monuments , the residential and commercial building is listed as a historical building under registration number 094 86662 .
