The house at Werderstrasse 150 in Heilbronn is a listed building.

description

It is a typical example of a workers' house in the style of late historicism . It was built by foreman Gustav Rohrbach according to his own plans between 1901 and 1902. The house in the style of late historicism has windows with a parapet with fittings . A canopy with stone carvings serves as a window canopy .

history

In 1950 the building belonged to the senior customs secretary a. D. Matthäus Diepold. Wilhelm Geiger's paper wholesaler was on the ground floor. In addition, three tenants are named. In 1961 the building belonged to the widow Sofie Diepold, and Kurt Schenk's driving school had moved into the ground floor.
