Werner Bartenbach (born January 5, 1952 ) is a former German soccer player .

Life

Coming from FV Zell aH, Bartenbach was a striker with Karlsruher SC from 1972 to 1974 and played twelve second division and promotion round matches in which he scored two goals. He left the club with the goal of SC Baden-Baden . As a trainer he was in charge of SV Sinzheim in the 1980s and VfB Gaggenau in 1995/1996 .

After graduating from school, Bartenbach studied with the aim of teaching at schools. For some time teaching as a regular teacher, in 1987 he became rector of the Nikolaus-Kopernikus-Werkrealschule in Hügelsheim - Sinzheim . In 2015 he was adopted into retirement.
