Werner Cyprys
Werner Cyprys (born April 19, 1922 in Hindenburg OS ; † July 30, 2000 ) was a German singer , composer , songwriter and music producer . He was the founder and member of the music group Friedel Hensch and the Cyprys and also appeared as a solo performer under the pseudonym Jack Terry . As a music producer at the Polydor record company , Cyprys worked for the singing duo Tom and Tommy and Rainer Bertram, among others . He later worked as the chief producer of the record label at BASF and worked for GEMA . Cyprys was married to the singer Friedel Hensch from 1947 until her death in 1990.
Werner Cyprys was buried in the New Niendorfer Friedhof in Hamburg.
