Werner D'hein

Werner Peter D'hein (* 1939 in Bonn ) is a German journalist.

Career

D'hein was a member of the Bonn City Council from 1975 to 1983 and then the city's press spokesman. He is editor-in-chief of the monthly magazine Haus & Grund aktuell . He founded the Bonn Media Club, to which around 200 journalists and press officers from the region belong, and for many years acted as its managing director and later its chairman. He is also the initiator of the Brockemännchenpreis for courageous behavior.

As a member of the board of trustees of the Bonn Münster Foundation, he is committed to maintaining the Bonn Minster and has written several regional guides with a historical background.
