Werner Hartmann (judge)

Werner Hartmann (* 1932 in Berlin ; † December 8, 2004 ) was a judge at the Federal Administrative Court from 1977 to 1994 .

After graduating from high school in 1951, Hartmann first entered the middle administrative service in the state of Berlin. In 1954, in parallel to his service activities, he began studying law. In 1956 he ended his work as a Berlin administrative officer. Hartmann passed the first state examination in 1958; In 1961 he became a doctor of law doctorate .

After the second state examination in law in 1962, Hartmann joined the judicial service of the state of North Rhine-Westphalia . In 1965 he was appointed regional judge and judge for life.

Hartmann was first seconded to the Federal Ministry of Justice and as a research assistant to the Federal Court of Justice , before he was seconded to the Federal Disciplinary Court and later transferred.

As a judge at the Federal Administrative Court, Hartmann was a member of the 1st Disciplinary Senate from 1977. He was also a member of the 10th Audit Senate.

Hartmann retired on January 31, 1994.
