Werner Klaer

Werner Klaer (born April 30, 1929 in Fürstenwalde ; † March 4, 2011 in Cologne ) was a German politician and former member of the state parliament ( SPD ).

Life and work

After attending school, he studied education and economics . After an administrative internship he was first a municipal employee and then a civil servant at the Federal Minister of Defense and the City of Cologne . From 1953 to 1975 he was a member of the SPD, from June 1977 to April 1978 a member of the Social Democratic Union .

MP

From July 26, 1970 to May 2, 1975, Klaer was a member of the state parliament of North Rhine-Westphalia and there a member of the committee for internal administration and the petitions committee. He was directly elected in constituency 013 Köln-Land II.
