Werner Meyer (District Administrator)
Theodor Wilhelm Werner Meyer (* 1838 ; † 1889 ) was a German administrative lawyer and district administrator .
Life
Werner Meyer studied at the University of Bonn law . In 1860 he became a member of the Corps Palatia Bonn . After graduating, he entered the Prussian civil service. In 1879 he was appointed district administrator for the district of Halberstadt . He held the office until his death in 1889.
