West Vancouver Blue Bus is a bus company based in the Canadian city ​​of West Vancouver . Founded in 1912, the company has remained in the city's ownership to this day, making it the oldest uninterrupted municipal transportation company in North America .

The bus service comprises ten lines, six of which begin in downtown Vancouver . The main one is number 257 and goes to the Horseshoe Bay Ferry Terminal , where there is a connection to BC Ferries' ferries to Vancouver Island and Bowen Island .
