The Westfalen Glacier is a glacier on the Oates coast of the East Antarctic Victoria Land . In the Anare Mountains it flows west of the George Glacier and northwest of Mount Kelly in a northwest direction to the Lillie Glacier , which it reaches shortly before its confluence with Ob 'Bay .

Scientists from the German expedition GANOVEX I (1979–1980) named him.
