The Whitemouth River is a left tributary of the Winnipeg River in the Canadian province of Manitoba .

The river has its origin in Whitemouth Lake in southeast Manitoba. It flows mainly in a northerly direction. The Whitemouth River passes the following places: Hadashville , Elma , Whitemouth , River Hills , Seven Sisters . The Whitemouth River finally flows into the Winnipeg River at Seven Sisters. The river has a length of about 130 km. At the gauge near Whitemouth the mean discharge is 13 m³ / s.
