Widdergut four oaks

The Widdergut Vier Eichen is a listed manor house in the Lower Saxon community of Wennigsen (Deister) in the Argestorf district .

The manor house of the royal court building director Georg Ludwig Friedrich Laves , built on the stream in 1844 in the classicist style typical for him, is surrounded by two barns, the oaks that give them their name and a park. The entire ensemble with green spaces is a listed building. The sheepfold, built in the old half-timbered construction with a dovecote as early as 1817 , was used for breeding merino sheep until 2010 . In the mansion of the Widdergut, a room has been set up as a civil wedding room.
