The Wietzesee (also referred to as Hastrasee) is a 29 hectare Stretch at Langenhagen in the region Hannover . It is located between the district of Krähenwinkel and Isernhagen in the Wietzetal nature reserve.

The lake is used for fishing by the Hanover fishing association and is described as a body of water with a good population of pike and carp . Bathing in the Wietzesee is officially forbidden, but bathing is so frequent in summer that the lake is considered difficult to fish.
