Viktor Alexeyevich Oserov
Viktor Alexejewitsch Oserow ( Russian Виктор Алексеевич Озеров ; born January 5, 1958 in Abakan , Khakassia ) is a Russian politician .
Life
Oserov is the chairman of the Security and Defense Committee of the Federation Council of the Russian Federation and a member of the Duma . In March 2014, Oserov was sanctioned by the EU for his role in the Ukraine crisis with an entry ban and an asset freeze .
