Viktor Bychkov
Viktor Bychkov ( Russian Виктор Бычков , English transcription Viktor Bychkov; born January 14, 1938 in Moscow ) is a former Soviet - Russian sprinter who specialized in the 400-meter run .
In 1962 he reached the semifinals at the European Athletics Championships in Belgrade over 400 m and was eliminated in the 4-by-400-meter relay in the preliminary run.
At the Olympic Games in 1964, he was seventh in the 4-by-400-meter relay and reached the quarter-finals over 400 m .
In 1964 he became the Soviet champion with his personal best of 46.7 s.
