Viktor Ivanovich Grishin
Viktor Ivanovich Grishin (born February 17, 1951 ) is a Russian economist. Grishin is the rector of the Russian Plekhanov University of Economics (since 2008) and a member of the United Russia party .
Since 1985 he has worked in leading positions for the Republic of Mordovia . First as deputy chairman of the state planning commission and in 1993 as minister of economics. In 1996 he was appointed Deputy Chairman of the Government of Mordovia. From 1999 to 2008 he was a member of the 3rd, 4th and 5th State Duma . He left office prematurely to become rector of the Russian Plekhanov University of Economics.
