Wiktor Każyński
Viktor Każyński (Russian: Виктор Матвеевич Кажинский, born December 6 . Jul / 18th December 1812 greg. In Vilnius ; † February 22 jul. / 6. March 1867 greg. In Saint Petersburg ) was a Polish composer.
Każyński studied with Józef Elsner in Warsaw . From 1843 he was Kapellmeister at the Alexandrinsky Theater in St. Petersburg. He composed four operas, one operetta and one ballet, choral works, marches, dances and songs.
