Viktor Kompaniyets
Wiktor Kompanijez ( Ukrainian Віктор Компанієць , English transcription Viktor Kompaniyets; born March 21, 1937 in Donetsk ) is a former Ukrainian discus thrower who competed for the Soviet Union .
In 1957 he won the World University Games. At the Olympic Games in Rome in 1960 he was sixth, at the European Athletics Championships in 1962 in Belgrade fifth and at the Olympic Games in Tokyo in 1964 twelfth.
He set his personal best of 58.77 m on June 7, 1964 in Sofia .
