Viktor Semyonovich Abramov
Viktor Semjonowitsch Abramow ( Russian Виктор Семёнович Абрамов ; born August 18, 1956 in Mingkusch ) is a Russian politician of the United Russia party .
Life
Abramov studied at the Moscow State Aviation Institute . Abramov has been a member of the Russian Duma since 2006 . Previously, in 2004, he was a member of the Federation Council of Russia for Tver Oblast .
