Wild und Hund is a German-language, biweekly special interest magazine on the subject of hunting , which is published by Paul Parey magazine publisher in Singhofen / Taunus . The editor-in-chief is Heiko Hornung (as of May 2016).

Wild und Hund was founded by Paul Parey and has been published since 1894. It is the oldest and highest-circulation hunting magazine in Germany. The title reports on game, territory, hunting, hunters, from the federal states, about hunting practice, equipment and hunting policy.

Edition

In 2009, the widespread circulation was 66,751 copies; including 51,230 by subscription . The magazine reached a total of around 350,000 readers. It is sold in around 54 countries.
